about yourself and your child when placing an order only to complete
that order. We do not share this information with outside parties
except to the extent necessary to complete that order. For example,
we share the information you provide with our pharmacy provider in
order to dispense and ship your child’s medications. We may also
share this information with your child’s camp health staff if there
are questions about your order.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. We use
telephone numbers to contact you if there are questions about your
order. Such addresses and telephone numbers are not used for any
other purpose and are never shared with outside parties.
We use your child’s social security number only in order to dispense
certain medications classified as controlled substances.
HIPAA and Your Privacy
HIPAA is the federal law that
protects the privacy of personal medical information. When you order
from us we obtain your agreement that we can share your child’s
personal medical information with our pharmacy provider solely in
order to dispense and ship your child’s medications to camp.
How You Can Choose to Submit Information
If you are more comfortable
submitting certain personal information via telephone (for example,
your child’s social security number or your credit card information)

Our Commitment To Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access,
maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information,
we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and
managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we
collect online. If you order via our web site and pay with a credit
card, your credit account information is stored at a secure location
off site. We do not see or store your credit card information unless
you order by telephone or mail.

You can correct factual errors in
your personally identifiable information by notifying us of an
error.
